Oh dear. I've been enabled yet again! This time its HAED, or Heaven And Earth Designs. Clickie finger went on the rampage yesterday & ended up ordering two charts for me (thanks dear Clickie!!): I got End of the Quest which is from a painting by Sir Frank Dicksee and Holiday Splendour by Jessica Galbraith. I have absolutely no idea which I'm going to stitch first as they will both be BAPs. I shall be stalking the postie now for the next couple of weeks...!
I'm quite close to a HD on Royal Holiday. I love that bit towards the end of a project when you finish with each colour & you know you don't have to use that particular shade again on the design! I have a fair bit of metallics, Wisper thread & beading to do though, so I'm not sure how long it will take me. I would like to have finished by the end of the International Mirabilia SAL this weekend, so I'll have to dig out my smokin' needles & get on with it!!
We went to see Ocean's Twelve last week. Oh how disappointing! I love Ocean's Eleven (the 2001 version) - its one of my favourite films & I'd heard reviews of Twelve which were less than complimentary, but you always go to the cinema hoping its not as bad. Well the first half was diabolical but the second half was better. If only they hadn't bothered..... There's not alot on at the cinema that I want to go & see at the moment which is pretty unusual for me. If I had the funds I would go at least once every week! I'm looking forward to a Johnny Depp summer though - Pirates 2 AND Willy Wonka..... deeeelicious! ;o)
