Weight Watching again!

I re-joined Weight Watchers this morning. Over the years I've joined on several occasions, but this time I know I have to do something before my weight starts affecting my health. So I've decided to start a diet blog which you can find here: I plan to update it on a regular basis to try & keep on track. Please feel free to drop by & cheer me on, or slap my wrists if I've been eating chocolate!!
